Prevention and Wellness

The N.O. C.A.P.: Teen Opioid Prevention and Wellness Course is a 3-CEU professional training that empowers educators, counselors, and youth advocates to address teen opioid risks through prevention and wellness. Using the N.O. C.A.P. Framework (Nurture, Orient, Connect, Activate, Power), participants will learn evidence-based strategies to build resilience, teach coping skills, and promote healthy decision-making among teens. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and 3 Continuing Education Credits (CEs) approved by NAADAC.

N.O. C.A.P.: Emotional Intelligence in Leadership - A Wellness Framework for Helping Professionals

The N.O. C.A.P. Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Course empowers professionals to lead with self-awareness, empathy, and resilience. Grounded in the N.O. C.A.P. Framework (Nurture, Orient, Connect, Activate, Power), this 3-CEU training provides practical tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and build emotionally healthy teams. Participants will gain actionable insights to enhance decision-making, strengthen workplace culture, and achieve lasting personal and organizational success.

N.O. C.A.P.: Teen Wellness and

Development Program

A 5–15 week program that builds emotional, social, and life skills for youth using the N.O. C.A.P. Framework—Nurture, Orient, Connect, Activate, Power. The yearly license includes ready-to-use lessons, student workbooks, slides, assessments, data tools, and full implementation support for schools and youth organizations.

Ideal for classrooms, after-school, or intervention programs, it helps teens boost confidence, manage emotions, improve communication, and develop personal leadership.

Training for Professionals

The N.O. C.A.P. Teen Wellness and Development Training is a 14-day professional development course for educators, counselors, and youth workers. Built on the N.O. C.A.P. framework (Nurture, Orient, Connect, Activate, Power), it provides practical tools to strengthen teens’ emotional intelligence, resilience, and relationships.

Participants complete interactive modules, case studies, and exercises at their own pace and earn a Certificate of Completion with 3 NAADAC-approved CEs upon finishing.
